Well the older SNP politicians are crap as well. Age discrimination arises when someone is unfairly disadvantaged for reasons, which cannot be objectively justified, relating to their age. It's unwise to base employment decisions on age because it's a poor predictor of performance and it's misleading to equate physical and mental ability with age.

Her comments might inspire new temporary term limits for MSPs and MPs which should be a welcome thing, pity that many in the big mainstream parties won't be happy about getting limited access to the trough in the gravy train.
